this hotel is in a fantastic location near the atocha station i liked. we used it as a base after our flight landed at 10am, and our room was available right away. i found the staff helpful, and they provided complimentary coffee, tea, and cookies in the lobby. i really appreciated the 24/7 availability of these refreshments. the room was very comfy and tidy so i slept like a baby.
i wish there was a door between the bedroom area and the toilet, instead of a curtain. i believe a proper door would offer more privacy.

The staff was friendly. Coffee was available near the front desk at all times. My room was small but laid out well. It was exactly as expected.
The morning reception guy could not speak English and it was problematic sometimes. There were no breakfast facilities.

I found the location super convenient for exploring. Walking to Atocha train station and many tourist spots was very easy. I also loved the complimentary coffee, water, and cookies in the lobby. That detail was a total lifesaver after long days of sightseeing!
I noticed the soundproofing could be improved. Hallway noise was slightly noticeable.
