fantastic location helpful staff complimentary coffee clean room
this hotel is in a fantastic location near the atocha station i liked. we used it as a base after our flight landed at 10am, and our room was available right away. i found the staff helpful, and they provided complimentary coffee, tea, and cookies in the lobby. i really appreciated the 24/7 availability of these refreshments. the room was nice and neat so i slept like a baby.
i wish there was a door between the bedroom area and the toilet, instead of a curtain. i believe a proper door would offer more privacy.

friendly staff available coffee
The staff was friendly. Coffee was available near the front desk at all times. My room was small but laid out well. It was exactly as expected.
The morning reception guy could not speak English and it was problematic sometimes. The lift was very slow. There were no breakfast facilities.

Fantastic Stay Near Atocha!
convenient location complimentary drinks handy detail
I found the location super convenient for exploring. Walking to Atocha train station and many tourist spots was very easy. I also loved the complimentary coffee, water, and cookies in the lobby. That detail was a total lifesaver after long days of sightseeing!
I noticed the soundproofing could be improved. Hallway noise was slightly noticeable.

train station lobby amenities bus stop
i chose this hotel mainly for its proximity to the train station. it also has a hop on hop off bus stop just down the street. the hotel provided coffee and water in the lobby, which i found convenient.
the lift was quite slow, which sometimes caused a small delay.
